Environmental protection � from production to disposal

OSRAM places great value on sustainability. That means that we already apply the highest environmental standards to developing and manufacturing our products. We are responsible in our handling of resources and avoid waste, wherever possible. Even as regards critical content, our state-of-the-art compact fluorescent lamps shine. Thus our long-life and to a large extent recyclable lamps are extremely environmentally friendly when it comes to waste disposal.

For the benefit of the environment � and for our own benefit

Of course OSRAM compact fluorescent lamps are also extremely economical: depending on the particular product, they last some 10 to 20 times longer than conventional light bulbs. At the same time, for example, our compact fluorescent lamps require only around a 1/5 of their wattage to generate the same quantity of light. That means that you and your customers can substitute a single OSRAM DULUX EL LONGLIFE CLASSIC A 20 W for 15 100 W light bulbs!
